RACE INFORMATION
CHECK-IN: In the West Point Cemetery from 2:30 p.m.– 3:30 p.m.
Prices: $35 Adults, $25 Children, Now until 10-1-2026 Midnight
From 10-2-2026 to 10-16-2026 Midnight
Day of the Race: 10-17-2026 Adults $55. Children $45.
Children are age 19 and under for this event.
The event registration fee includes a finisher medal for each participant, race shirt, after race power bars & unlimited water and Gatorade.
RACE TIME: Run/Walk begins promptly at 4 p.m. at the West Point Memorial. The race is professionally timed by Mettle Events in West Point Cemetery from 2:30 p.m.– 3:30 p.m. for registration.
THE COURSE: The USA Track & Field certified 5K Run/Walk course begins at the West Point Memorial & continues through Elmwood Cemetery, ending at the West Point Memorial. Terrain varies and includes asphalt, grass & gravel.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS: Elmwood Cemetery is a Victorian Era Garden Cemetery. All costumes are welcome but please be respectful. Costume contests in Victorian or Steampunk era ONLY will be judged before the race at 3PM in the registration area. Dress your dog in a costume for a 1st Place Winner!
T-SHIRTS: Included in the registration fee. Sizes guaranteed if registered by 10-2-2026. We will make every effort to provide the requested sizes for later registrations. T-shirts are short-sleeved performance running shirts. Adult sizes only: S, M, L, XL, XXL.
PARKING: Free parking at Elmwood Cemetery. FOLLOW THE SIGNS.
AGE DIVISIONS: Ages 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and above.
AWARDS: Top 3 Male & Female Overall; Top 3 Male & Female in each age group listed above.

EVENT TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE UNLESS SAFETY CONCERNS ARE A FACTOR, NSCC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL EVENT IF WEATHER PRODUCES AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS AND VOLUNTEERS.
